The Aftermath

Noah and Oliver left the hospital, relieved that everything was alright. But Noah couldn't shake off the guilt he felt for deceiving Oliver. They had been together for years and he never wanted to lose him. But the lengths he went to get attention were wrong. He knew he had to make it right.

Noah: Oliver, I need to talk to you.

Oliver: Yeah, sure. What's up?

Noah: I know what I did was wrong. I should have told you how I felt instead of pretending to be sick. I'm sorry for making you worry and for lying to you.

Oliver: It's okay, Noah. I'm just glad you're okay.

Noah: No, it's not okay. I don't want to lose you, and I know I have to do better. I promise to communicate with you and not resort to these kinds of actions.

Oliver: I appreciate that, Noah. I want us to work, but we need to be honest with each other.

Noah: I know. I'm ready to do that.

They hugged each other tightly, relieved that they could move forward from this incident. And they did. They talked more, spent more quality time with each other, and their relationship became stronger than ever.

Noah learned that pretending to be sick was not the answer. He realized that communicating with Oliver was the key to their relationship. And Oliver learned to trust Noah more, knowing that he would not deceive him again.

In the end, their love for each other prevailed, and they both knew that they would do anything to keep it that way.
