About panic attack and gay couple

"It was a rainy night with a scary thunderstorm. We were sleeping peacefully when suddenly I heard him whimper. I turned on the light and realized that he possibly had a nightmare and woke up scared. His eyes searched the whole room, but I was right beside him. He hugged me lightly and kept saying, 'Don't leave me.' He was shivering. I hugged him back, wiped his tears, and tried to comfort him. After half an hour, he calmed down and stopped crying or shaking, but still wanted to hug me. I sang a lullaby for him, rubbed his back, and did my best to comfort him. We talked about our beautiful memories, and I assured him that I wouldn't leave him and would always be by his side. He kept apologizing for ruining my sleep. After an hour or so, he fell asleep, and so did I. In the morning, when I woke up, he was still holding me tightly, but it was my turn to cook breakfast, so I got out of bed despite him holding me tightly. When I returned to the bedroom, I saw that he was shivering again. I immediately went to comfort him, hugged him, and found that he had a fever. He murmured, 'Don't leave me.' I figured the fever was caused by the nightmare from last night. I called the doctor, who confirmed that the fever was due to the nightmare, and left after a while. What I saw just broke my heart; my kookie was crying even in fever, and all he was saying was, 'Don't leave me, please.' I wiped his tears, called off work, called at his office told them he was sick at his workplace, made him some soup, fed him myself, gave him medicine, and did all I could do. and I started working on a presentation due the day after tomorrow, he woke up in the evening feeling better and without a fever. I didn't notice that he was awake because I was still working, so he held my hand and smiled at me. I smiled back, kissed him on his forehead, and asked him is my sunshine feeling any better. He nodded, but I knew he was still weak. I asked if he was hungry, and he said no. I told him to get some more sleep and continued working on my presentation. He made a baby face, pouted like a little child, and I knew he wanted cuddles. I closed my laptop and offered him cuddles. His face lit up, and he buried his face into me." He fell asleep again, maybe because of the medicines. I woke him up at night to have dinner and take the medicines. He woke up and insisted on eating dinner by himself, saying he didn't want to bother me. Before I could say anything, he took the plate from my hands and started to take a bite. Although he didn't had a fever, his hands were shivery. I couldn't see him like that anymore, so I snatched the plates from him. And said, "If you love me, you'll let me feed you." As he loved me more than anything in the world, he let me feed him. After dinner, I gave him the medicines and told him to sleep, but he wasn't sleepy at all as he had slept all day. So we started talking. I felt as if he wanted to say something but was hesitating to do so. I asked him if he wanted to say something. He told me that he wanted to tell me his dream. As they say, if you tell your dream to someone, it doesn't come true. But he also didn't want to talk about it as it was a horrible dream for him. He took a deep breath and started telling me the dream. He said that because of some misunderstanding, I wanted to break up with him. I broke up with him and started leaving the house. He was shivering while telling me the dream. At last, his voice started to crack. He wasn't finished yet, and I told him to stop. I hugged him tight, wiped his tears, and promised him that I wouldn't leave him. he wanted assurance, he said, "Promise you'll never leave." I said, "I promise to Never ever leave you." Although he believed me, he couldn't stop shivering. He went to his side of the bed and told me that I could work on my presentation without any disturbance. But I knew he was still not feeling okay. He needed me I hugged him and assured him that I have enough time to complete my presentation, and I am almost done with it. I can work on it tomorrow. He smiled a little and hugged me tightly. After a while, he stopped shivering and fell asleep. Finally, he was sleeping peacefully, had no fever, and was not shivering.
